Akil Pazarlama Gıda Sanayi Ticaret Import and Export Limited Company is a GUSTOTERRA branded company that produces bouillon types, instant soup types, noodle sauces, pudding types, dessert auxiliaries (baking powder, vanillin, jelly), instant hot drinks, whipped cream by targeting excellence in line with the request of customers in order to provide useful services to our customers.

  • To keep customer satisfaction at the highest level by providing appropriate, accurate and economical service in the products and services we provide, to create a fast and effective working system by using technological facilities in corporate communication with our suppliers and customers.
  • To prevent nonconformities that may occur later by managing customer feedback as soon as possible, to deliver on time with the effective use of existing resources and to create a quality management system that aims continuous improvement. For this reason, staff trainings and outsourced trainings are provided and conscious individual understanding and social awareness is aimed to spread to the base by creating social awareness and to ensure the formation and establishment of corporate culture in this way.

  • Not allowing any process that would impair product authenticity for both raw materials and all products produced throughout the food production chain, and not using an input with impaired authenticity in the food chain,
    To ensure and execute the applicable conditions by continuously auditing the effectiveness of the Quality and Food Safety management system and making the necessary improvements, and to select and encourage our suppliers at this level.
    In order to provide sustainable service at the level of national and international legal requirements and standards, it is one of our primary goals to create, implement and execute effective quality management systems in all processes in our organization.
    ISO 22000: 2018 Quality & Food Safety Standards, in accordance with the requirements of the Turkish Food Codex, to produce safe food by fully meeting the legal requirements and customer requirements, to deliver our products to the international market with our distinguished approved and candidate suppliers and competent personnel, to prevent the occurrence of potential food safety hazards, to ensure customer satisfaction by ensuring continuous development and improvement in all processes.
